The Cobbler - Gent
INGREDIENTS
- 4,5 cl gin
- 2 cl beer syrup*
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 10 cl Blanche de Bruges
GARNISH
- Flower
INSTRUCTIONS
- Shake 4,5 cl gin, 2 cl beer syrup* and 2 cl lemon juice for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Double strain the cocktail in a coupe glass.
- Finish the cocktail with 10 cl Blanche de Bruges.
- Garnish with a small flower.
*Extra: Beer syrup
- Pour 12 cl Blanche de Bruges into a bowl and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Combine with 200 g cane sugar in a pot over low heat.
- Stir until the sugar has dissolved and remove from the heat.
- Let it cool down to room temperature and pour the syrup into a glass bottle.
- The syrup will be preservable for 1 week.
