Blanche de Bruges Brugs Tarwebier hoptail Groot Vlaenderen

INGREDIENTS

  • 4,5 cl gin
  • 2 cl beer syrup*
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 10 cl Blanche de Bruges

GARNISH

  • Flower

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Shake 4,5 cl gin, 2 cl beer syrup* and 2 cl lemon juice for 10 to 15 seconds.
  2. Double strain the cocktail in a coupe glass.
  3. Finish the cocktail with 10 cl Blanche de Bruges.
  4. Garnish with a small flower.

*Extra: Beer syrup

  1. Pour 12 cl Blanche de Bruges into a bowl and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Combine with 200 g cane sugar in a pot over low heat.
  3. Stir until the sugar has dissolved and remove from the heat.
  4. Let it cool down to room temperature and pour the syrup into a glass bottle.
  • The syrup will be preservable for 1 week.
