ZWINTAIL

INGREDIENTS

• 4 cl gin
• 4 cl homemade sea buckthorn berry syrup
• Half a lime
• A few drops of magic velvet foamer
• A bottle of Blanche de Bruges

GARNISH

• Ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
2. Fill the shaker with 4 cl of gin.
3. Add 4 cl homemade sea buckthorn berry syrup.
4. Add the juice of half a lime.
5. Add 7 drops of magic velvet foamer and shake well.
6. Pour the preparation into the glass and top off with Blanche de Bruges to the rim.
